Are you a people person who loves creating meaningful connections while helping others succeed? At ChurchCandy, our Account Managers are the heart and soul of client relationships—leading the charge in delivering exceptional experiences and measurable results to churches nationwide.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Leading the Charge: Oversee a team of Account Reps to ensure campaign success. You’ll be the captain steering the ship!

• Building Relationships: Be the friendly, reliable face of ChurchCandy for our clients—think of yourself as their biggest cheerleader and advisor rolled into one.

• Strategic Genius: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), review strategies, and keep everything on track. Bonus points if you can make numbers sound fun!

• Problem-Solving Pro: Got a bottleneck? A tricky client concern? You’ll handle it with grace, positivity, and solutions that shine.

• High Level of Communication Skills: Regular touch-points, clear expectations, and occasional pep talks—both clients and team members will look to you for guidance.

• Campaign Oversight: Oversee ad campaigns ensure they’re performing well, and be able to give oversight to your team on how to improve them if not! (Don't worry we’ll teach you the ropes here at ChurchCandy.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: You’re not just a manager—you inspire, support, and bring out the best in others.

• Local Church Experience: You’ve served in ministry—whether you’ve led worship, wrangled kids, or been on full-time staff, you get church life.

• Tech-Savvy(ish): If you can navigate tech without throwing your computer out the window, we’re good!

• Self-Starter: You’re proactive, responsible, and don’t need hand-holding. We love go-getters!

• High Character: Trustworthy, hardworking, and fun to work with—you’re someone we can count on.
